Features:
The new generation drive system for LG956V wheel loader jointly developed with Volvo has started since the beginning of 2007. Prototype machine developed for 2years is conducted the all-round checking calculation by European experts in drive technology. The power loss test and bench reliability test are conducted for 2 years in Stockholm, Sweden. 27 prototype machines has been accumulatively launched into the market and the industrial tests are conducted under multi-operating condition in 9 provinces of China.

The new generation drive system of adopts KD gear kick-down and has function of power cut-off and gear interlock. Which ensures the gearshift with no impact. The overhaul time of new generation gearbox is four times that of the traditional one. As for the new generation drive axle, the unit overhaul time exceeds 6, 000 hours, the operation time of the axle housing and wheel supporting axle reaches 25, 000 hours, single-handle electronic control gearshift device can be used for 2, 300, 00 times.
