Main system structure
XM1003K / XM1303K milling machine is a rear feeding one meter / one meter three milling machine, mainly including feeding device, frame, power system, console, sprinkler system, walking system, engine cover, ceiling, milling Device, hydraulic system, electrical system and other components.
Conveying device
(1) The conveying device is located at the rear of the whole machine and is installed on the swing frame. During operation, the waste is conveyed to the belt through the discharge port. It mainly includes frames, conveyor belts, driving wheels, driven wheels, pulleys, idlers, rubber plates, covering cloths, wire ropes and other components.
(2) The front and back sections of the feeding device are connected by pins to achieve mechanical folding. Folding requires only a few simple steps and can be easily completed by 1-2 people.
(3) Adopt high-performance conveyor belt, which has good anti-aging performance, and has less slackness and cracking after longer use. It has good abrasion resistance and can reduce the wear caused by conveying sharp scraps. The belt has a three-dimensional pattern, which improves the conveying capacity, so that the belt can still be conveyed normally at a large angle.
(4) The conveying device uses the hydraulic oil cylinder to lift and swing left and right, and has a large lifting and swinging angle (see the front view) to meet the various needs of transportation and maintenance.
Frame
The integral welding frame is used to weld the counterweight, water tank, fuel tank, and milling room into one body. The overall strength is high, and there is almost no deformation after long-term use. Large-capacity water tanks and fuel tanks extend the operating time of the machine and reduce the overall machine downtime caused by water addition. One full fuel can be used at full load for more than one shift.
Power system
(1) The E-FI engine emitted by Shangchai State III is adopted to meet the new national non-road machinery emission standards, which is more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. With a rated power of 162kW / 177kW, it has a higher power reserve than a one-meter milling machine in the industry and is more efficient in operation.
(2) The mechanical drum is used to drive the milling drum. The transmission path of the milling drum is: engine → clutch → transmission shaft → angle transmission box → belt → reducer → milling drum, which has higher transmission efficiency than the hydraulic driving milling drum , More efficient operation, and more energy efficient.
(3) The belt drive can absorb the impact and vibration generated during milling. When encountering a large impact and load, the belt will slip to protect the transmission system from damage.
Console
Ergonomics is used to design the control system, which is mainly composed of the main console and the right console. The operating force and entrance dimensions must comply with the relevant national standards. Handles and buttons on the console can be easily reached when the operator stands and sits, making the operation comfortable and convenient.
Sprinkler system
The sprinkler system is mainly composed of water pump, water filter, sprinkler pipe, sprinkler head, pipeline, joint and other components. It is mainly used to sprinkle water to the milling drum during operation. The electric driven water pump has a large amount of water and high water pressure, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the milling drum and reduce the dust generated during milling. The imported high-performance sprinkler head can achieve good atomization effect. The sprinkler head, water pump, sprinkler pipe, and water filter can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Walking system
It adopts a four-wheel full-hydraulic driving traveling system, an electric proportional variable pump, and a closed circuit of a two-point variable motor. The traveling transmission route is: engine-traveling pump-traveling motor-reducer-tire. Strong walking drive ability, climbing ability reaches 70%, can climb flatbed by itself, saving hoisting costs.
The hydraulic shunt differential system is used to ensure the synchronization of the four wheels, so that the machine can pass smoothly under harsh road conditions. Braking system with time delay to increase the life of the reducer. The manual reversing valve is used for reversing the right leg for higher reliability.
engine cover
The hood is made of metal structural parts, with a beautiful and smooth appearance. The doors on both sides open for easy maintenance. The inside of the hood is equipped with a sound-absorbing sponge, which effectively reduces noise transmission, protects personnel health, and reduces noise pollution. Ceiling
The large-sized glass fiber reinforced plastic ceiling is adopted to achieve full coverage of the operator's operating range, and provide sun and rain protection for the operator. The winch lifting device is adopted to realize easy lifting of the ceiling.
Milling device
The optimized design of the milling drum adopts the design of two spirals on the left and right, with a cutter pitch of 15 / 18mm, which effectively reduces the cutting resistance during milling and improves efficiency. Precisely designed tool arrangement and fully automated welding process ensure neat texture after milling. Adopting imported cutter heads and tool holders, with good wear resistance and long service life, reducing the use cost of users. At the same time, the tool holders adopt two-point positioning welding to ensure the positioning accuracy when replacing the tool holders. The milling room and its side plates, rear scraper and front rubber plate form a closed space, which greatly reduces material leakage, ensures good waste recovery rate, and reduces the cost of manual cleaning. Both the rear scraper and the side plate are made of high-strength steel, which is not easy to deform after long-term use. The scraper on the rear scraper is brazed by a special material hard alloy, which can not only scrape the road after milling, but also have a long life. When the scraper needs to be replaced, it can be easily disassembled. Optional quick-change cutter holder milling drum can be installed to make maintenance and replacement more convenient.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is composed of a walking control system, a conveying control system, a steering and a cylinder control system, and mainly includes pumps, motors, hydraulic valves, cylinders, hydraulic oil tanks, pipelines and other components. Performance and quality.
Electrical System
Equipped with LCD display, can perform parameter display and fault alarm. Equipped with an electronically controlled walking handle, it is easy to operate and save effort, and the speed control is accurate. With power adaptive function, it can automatically adjust walking speed according to milling resistance to maximize power output and improve work efficiency. The emergency stop button is provided on both the console and the sides of the vehicle, and it can stop immediately in case of an emergency, effectively ensuring safety. When repairing and replacing the cutter head, the rear scraper is lifted and the safety device is touched to prevent the milling drum from rotating and prevent accidents. Complete lighting facilities, equipped with front and rear headlights, milling room and ruler dry lighting, rotating alarm lights, etc., to ensure a good field of vision during night work. Optional automatic leveling control system can be added to further improve work performance.
