Main Parts Introduction
1. Undercarriage assembly
The frame assembly is composed of a frame, a walking mechanism, a steering mechanism, and the like.
Tire shall use standard off-the-road solid tires, perfusion type tires as well as environmental traceless tires are optional.
The walking mode is electric drive, the drive mode adopts two-wheel drive, and built-in walking reducer integrating motor and reducer is selected. There are fast and slow running speeds, which can meet the driving requirements of the vehicle under different environments. When running on the ramp, the walking mechanism has self-braking function and is equipped with clutch device, to facilitate towing when breakdown occurs.
The steering mechanism is a structure type of double rod oil cylinder with a tie rod, which can provide a smaller turning radius.
2. Boom assembly
The upper combination arm assembly is folding arm + telescopic arm + crank arm.
The folding arm is a double group four bar mechanism, the two groups of arms are driven through the pull rod, and the two groups of arms act at the same time through the elevating cylinder; two telescopic arms are single cylinder telescopic mode; the crank arm is a four-bar mechanism, and elevating action is realized through the crank arm oil cylinder.
3. Turntable
The turntable is single plate reinforced with high hinge points and the counterweight is arranged at the back of the turntable. From the counterweight direction, the control cabinet is arranged on the left side of the turntable; the hydraulic control valve is arranged on the right side of the turntable.
4. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is driven by a battery pump. The gear pump is directly driven by the motor to provide power for the hydraulic system.
The upper frame hydraulic system is an open quantitative system, using electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, which can realize rotation of upper frame, elevating of No. 1 and No. 2 arms as well as crank arm, expansion and contraction of No. 2 arm and swing of the working platform and other functions. And the main valve of the upper frame is electro-hydraulic proportional valve.
5. Electric system
The electric system adopts PLC control technology, and the platform and the turntable are all equipped with controllers. The control box is respectively arranged on the turntable and the platform to realize the control of the chassis, turntable, boom and platform.
Main functions of the electric system: the steering and driving control of the chassis; rotary control of the turntable; expansion and contraction of the boom, elevating control, and rotary control of the platform, etc.
Safety protection measures: console switching; motor driver status monitoring; motor overload protection; car body tilt alarm device; foot pedal switch device; high speed limit device; emergency landing, etc..
