Power SystemThe installed WP12/QSNT-C235 electronically controlled engine conforms to the China-III non-road machinery emission regulation, featuring strong power, high efficiency and energy-saving, and low maintenance cost.
The rated power reaches 175kW, featuring high torque reserve coefficient. The radially sealed intake system is applied to effectively prolong the engine life.
Drive system
The curves of drive system and engine are perfectly matched to achieve more extensive high-efficiency zone and higher transmission efficiency.its self-made drive system features stable performance and reliable quality and has been long proved by the market.
The hexahedral cab provides super-large interior space and broad vision and the ROPS/FOPS can be installed depending on specific needs to ensure high safety and reliability. The electronic control hand and foot accelerators guarantee more accurate and comfortable operations.

Highly reliable powershift transmissions, stable torque converters and two-stage spur gear final drives are characterised by high power transmission capacity and efficiency as well as high productivity.
 

Independent engine water tank, chassis oil cooler and water-air intercooler are integrated in Chongfa engine, which has outstanding cooling performance and easy maintenance operation to ensure the continuous working of the machine.

 

 

The fully boxed main frame with high performance materials and high strength castings has a high bearing capacity for impact loads and bending moments, which can support continuous high intensity work of the machine under harsh working conditions, and the high quality welds ensure the service life of the main frame.

The low-drive final drive can provide powerful drive force and efficient gradeability. Crawler chassis has reached the international advanced level in process level and can adapt to various complicated working conditions, featuring high reliability and carrying capacity.

The standard straight tilting blade features powerful cutting force and the single-shank and three-shank rippers of adjustable penetrating angle can be used for the ripping of clay and frozen earth as well as the stripping of hard working faces, such as gravel and hardened salt mine.
