XL series of soil stabilizer is applied in the site mixing work of the base stabilized soil of the highway, urban road, square, dock and parking lot construction. Meanwhile, it is also used in the ground construction of low grade. XL soil stabilizer can mix I and II grade soil and stabilized material with stone particle diameter of less than 40mm, also it can mix III and IV grade soil or stabilized material. XL soil stabilizer features advanced performance, high working efficiency and comfortable operation. With the key parts of international outfit, the machine is the ideal equipment for the modern construction.
· The engine takes N series of CUMMINS engine, featuring compactness, low noise, easy for maintenance and low emission, large power storage and higher reliability; The hydraulic system adopts connection pump, and the main components select the imported parts of international famous brand, featuring high allowed pressure, high efficiency, low noise and complete function. The pump integrates pressure regulating valve, high pressure safety valve and bypass valve, which make the structure of the hydraulic system easy and convenient to install and repair.
· The independent hydraulic oil cooling system greatly improves the efficiency of the cooling system, which keeps the system running in steady low temperature, prolongs the service life of the hydraulic components and hydraulic oil, exerting the system performance fully;
· The rotor drive adopts the scheme of high-speed motor and reducer, featuring more compactness, high reliability and long working service compared with the traditional low speed and large torque motor drive. The rotor system can reach higher pressure, and stronger power. Meanwhile the machine can pass through narrow area due to its small width.
· Adapting to the actual working condition, the interchangeable bullet rotor and hammer rotor improve the economy of the construction.
