FEATURES
Electronic Control System
Electric control equipments mainly consist of KJZ-400/1140(660)E-4 explosive-proof & intrinsically safe mining switch box, CXH4-4/12E intrinsically safe mining operation box, cutting motor, oil pump motor, second conveyor motor, fan motor, low-concentration methane sensor, temperature sensor and pressure sensor etc. They are mainly used to switch on and off motors of the road header; to provide control signal and low-voltage earth leakage protection function; to monitor and protect oil level and oil temperature of motor and oil tank, and to display operating status and all kinds of trouble information of motors.
Hydraulic System
Hydraulic system of EBZ260 boom-type road header adopts constant power, pressure cut off and load sensitivity control. Bypass filtering technology is adopted initially on the road header to solve a lot of very small pollutants which are unable to be eliminated by full flow oil suction filter and oil return filter and guarantee cleanliness of hydraulic oil. Service life of hydraulic components is improved and system trouble is reduced. Main hydraulic components adopt products of world famous brands.
De-dusting & Spraying System
De-dusting & spraying system of EBZ260 boom-type road header de-dusts with annular three-layer water curtain. It consists of internal and external spraying channels. External water is divided into two parts after filtered by by-pass filter; one part is directly lead to cutting mechanism through ball valve, second level filter and reducing valve and is sprayed out by internal nozzle of cutting head to cooling cutting teeth and de-dusting. Another part will be further divided into two parts through ball valve, second-level filter, reducing valve, water cooler (cooling hydraulic system oil) and cutting motor (cooling cutting motor); one part is lead to spraying frame and is sprayed out by external nozzle and another part is lead to fan motor.
Cutting Mechanism
Cutting mechanism consists of cutting head, cutting arm, cutting reduction gear, motor box and cutting motor etc.
Cutting head is optimized with emulation technique and its appearance adopts cone frustum structure. 74 cutting teeth are distributed on its circumference. Cutting tooth adopts products from Kennametal; its layout is reasonable and rock breaking capacity is strong.
Insertion Board Assembly
Insertion board assembly consists of main insertion board, side insertion board, left/right driving devices, and driven wheel etc. Five-tooth arc star wheel is driven directly by two low-speed high-torque hydraulic motors and loads materials cut off into first conveyor.
First Conveyor
First conveyor is mounted on middle part of machine body and consists of front chute, rear chute, driving device and tensioning gear. Front chute of conveyor is connected with insertion board through pin shaft while rear chute is connected with rear support through pin shaft and rocker double rocker to form double rocker skidding mechanism which rotates along with first conveyor when insertion board turns. Chain wheel is driven directly with hydraulic motor to drive scraper chain realizing conveying of materials. Driving device directly drive chain wheel with hydraulic motor to convey materials. Tensioning gear adopts oil cylinder snap-gauge tensioning structure to adjust the tension of scraper chain.
Traveling Mechanism
Traveling mechanism mainly consists of constant displacement hydraulic motor, reduction gear, tensioning gear and track frame etc. Constant displacement hydraulic motor and driving wheel drive chain to realize traveling. The mechanism adopts thrust wheel rolling type supporting form to improve traveling capacity.
Safety Devices
It is equipped with master scram button, cutting scram button, cutting starting pre-alarm, earth leakage lockout & low-voltage earth leakage protection, motor temperature, overload, over-current protection, motor three-phase imbalance & open-phase protection, system, overvoltage, under-voltage protection, gas latch-up protection, oil tank oil level and oil temperature protection etc.
