XT4018K telescopic handler is a representative product of our K series telescopic handlers. This product is equipped with imported Cumns engine of strong and reliable power and imported axles and transmission of stable drive. The full hydraulic wet brake is applied to ensure driving safety. The four-section telescopic boom structure features flexible operations, accurate forklifting, and automatic leveling, with the maximum lifting height up to 18 m. It's a multifunctional high-efficiency small-sized construction machinery product.

 

Electric System
The machine adopts CAN bus system, using intelligentdistribution box and integrated power box instead of electric control cabinet terminal block. This design notonly saves space and cost, but also improves intelli-gence level of the whole machine. Power supply, CAN communication channel and control line are reservedat the head of the boom, which is convenient for later function
customization and expansion. Anti-roll oversystem is also standard to the machine, which effec-tively prevents vehicle rollover. At the same time,height and amplitude data displayis available,sooperators can work more effciently.

 

Hydraulic System
An after-valve compensation load sensitive hydraulic system together with the priority valve supplys the hydraulic oil provided by the working pump to the steering system and the working system respectively When the machine is turning, the pump mainly meets the pressure and flow requirements of the steering system, improving the operation safety. The valve compensation system can adapt to a variety of work­ing conditions, and distribute flow accordingly. Opera­tion is easy by the electronic control handle. The hydraulic system guarantees not only easy operation but also easy maintenance and low failure rate.

 

Telescopic Boom
The boom applies four-section box structure with high-strength steel, featuring high stiffness and high reliability. It also features synchronous extend and retract of the four sections, realizing higher operation efficiency The boom head is equipped with an automatic leveling system, which automatically adjusts the fork angle during the luffing of the boom, ensuring the stability and safety of the forklift operation.

Transmission System
The machine is equipped with a high performance gearbox which meets the requirements of various working conditions. It has four gears forward and three reverse gears, and gear shifting during travelling is realized. This makes the machine easier to operate and is operator-friendly. The machine is 4-wheel driving and 4-wheel steering. It adopts well-known brand steering and driving axle. Hollow tires and solid tires are available according to the diving comfort.

 

The Cab
The cab is FOPS and ROPS certified. It is equipped with four-way adjustable seat, air-conditioner, radio, cigarette lighter, fan, emergency hammer, fire extin­guisher, non-slip floor mat, wiper, etc. The cab applies fully enclosed design and "people-oriented" design concept, to provide the operator with a safe and com­fortable working environment.
