Xuzhou Factory Road Asphalt Paver RP603/RP803

Main Features
1. Water-cooled diesel engine, the horsepower is sturdy, the power storage coefficient is big, with low noise and low pollution. Moreover, its economical and the function of starts at the low temperature is well.
2. PLC micro-electron control, the scraping plate transportation and the helix admeasure system adopt left and right independent driving, realizing providing material automatically, in order to keep material on the front of the mangle shapely, the leveling system with quick speed and high precision.
3. The left and right track is driven by independent hydraulic system in order to assure permanent speed working and good linear traveling, realizing turning in situ and without slippage.
4. The height of the helix admeasure system can be adjusted according to the different thickness. The reversed vane is installed to reduce materials isolation effectively.
5. The main hydraulic parts are imported from USA with good dependability.
6. It is installed by single vibro/tamping heavy-duty mangle, the amplitude is adjustable, which can make the best pre-compaction degree of compaction with different material.
7. Human-based design, the left and right slip operation platform and double seats. The door on every maintaining place could be approached and opened conveniently, in order to assure good operation, maintenance and protection.
