Crawler Crane(QUY250) is designed and developed independently in absorption of foreign advanced technology and combined with China domestic work conditions. It features hydraulic drive, full swing and lattice boom, and also the first one adoption of pilot proportional control in China domestic crawler cranes. This crane is easy operation, stable travel and reasonable arrangement in structure. This crane is suitable for lifting and installation job in construction site, mine, factory and dockside. Optional mechanical grab is available for earth moving and stacking work.
1. Safety Device: Safety devices comprise: Load moment limiter, turntable lock pin, boom backstop, hoist limit switch, anemometer, level gauge, hydraulic overflow valve, counterbalance valve, two-way hydraulic lock, slewing warning lamp and travel warning lamp, etc.
2. Crawler track tension: The reset bypass switch is used for switch-over of installation made and operation mode for the overall machine assembly, in operation made, hoist limit switch, position check switch and tension sensor have a normal work, and meanwhile the bypass switch is reset.
3. Hoist limit switch: With a hoist limit switch, tension sensor can prevent the compactor from high limit and for overload protection. Several access switches are used by interlocking to monitor cylinder position so as to control the cylinder speed. The PLC controller is used to prevent accidents.
4. Emergency stop: Press the emergency stop switch to stop the engine, and stop all the hoist and lowering movements.
5. Function lock: If start the compactor without pressing the system pressure switch, the handle and foot travel pedal become invalid, in order to prevent accidental operation by operator carelessly touching the handle and the foot pedal. The cylinder raising and lowering must be carried our by the operator pressing the dead-man button on the handle.
