Electronic Control System
Electric control equipments of EBZ320 boom-type road header mainly consist of explosive-proof & intrinsically safe mining switch box, intrinsically safe mining operation box, cutting motor, oil pump motor, second conveyor motor, fan motor, low-concentration methane sensor, temperature sensor and pressure sensor etc. They are mainly used to switch on and off motors of the road header; to provide control signal and low-voltage earth leakage protection function; to monitor and protect oil level and oil temperature of motor and oil tank, and to display operating status and all kinds of trouble information of motors.
Hydraulic System
Hydraulic system of EBZ320 type boom-type road header adopts constant power, pressure cut off and load sensitivity control. Service life of hydraulic components is improved and system trouble is reduced with bypass filtering technology. Main hydraulic components adopt products of world famous brands.
Spraying System
EBZ320 type road header has internal spraying and external spraying functions. High-pressure internal spraying system takes dual seal protection measure and is additionally equipped with Venturi nozzle with better de-dusting effect.
Cutting Mechanism
Cutting mechanism consists of cutting head, cutting arm, cutting reduction gear, motor box and cutting motor etc. Cutting head is optimized with emulation technique and its appearance adopts cone frustum structure. Cutting tooth adopts products from Kennametal or Sandvik; its layout is reasonable and rock breaking capacity is strong.
First Conveyor
Double rocker servo mechanism realizes smooth connection between front chute of conveyor and rear chute of insertion board. Driving device directly drive chain wheel with hydraulic motor to convey materials. Tensioning gear adopts oil cylinder snap-gauge tensioning structure to adjust the tension of scraper chain.
Traveling Mechanism
Traveling driving system adopts products of world famous brands so that traction and gradeability of the equipment are improved effectively.
Lubricating System
Lubricating system adopts centralization lubrication, which makes regular lubricating work to be more convenient and more reliable.
